      Hello Melissa,

I think it’s important because our behaviour is what’s largely affecting the climate at the moment, and if we can work together to change that, we’ll all have a better future.

I currently work on behaviours in large companies that need to reduce their carbon footprint. I’m currently working on a large hotel resort in Wales, and my target group are the chefs. There are a lot of behavioural factors in that kitchen! They like to leave everything switched on (taps, gas burners, grills, ovens, fryers…) “just in case” someone comes in and they need to prepare food quickly. My work tries to get them to change their mindset and habits to make them more efficient 🙂
