      Have you ever heard of the Big Rip Theory? This theory suggests that there will be an apocalyptic occurrence in 20 billion years called the “Big Rip”. According to this theory, the planet and the entire universe will be literally ripped apart. As the universe is expanding – driven by dark energy – galaxies are moving further and further away from us. The rate of the universe expansion is constantly getting faster, like a car that gets 10mph faster for every mile it drives. At some point, the acceleration is supposed to get so fast that all objects are ripped apart!

      It’s a really interesting theory and definitely worth checking out 🙂
